Before you start working with Hutchison Ports KICT you will have to get registered.
You can get registered by submitting following documents at Hutchison Ports KICT:
1. Application on original company letterhead
2. Copy of license of clearing agency (Original license is also required for verification only) - for agents only
3. Active and valid KCAA card - for agents only
4. NTN and STRN certificate
All subsequent transactions can then be made upon showing Hutchison Ports KICT Transaction License Card or KCAA Smart Card.
Hutchison Ports KICT Transaction License Card can be obtained from Hutchison Ports KICT Helpdesk by submitting following documents:
1. Application on clearing agency letterhead duly verified and endorsed by KCAA
2. Duly filled Hutchison Ports KICT Application Form
3. 1 copy of CNIC (Computerized National ID Card)
4. 1 passport size photograph with blue background
Deliveries of consignments at Hutchison Ports KICT can be made any time if customer proves his identity by showing Hutchison Ports KICT Transaction License Card or valid and active KCAA Smart Card (issued by KCAA).
In addition to above, customers clearing consignments on self-profile can also apply for Hutchison Ports KICT Transaction License Card upon submission of following documents:
1. Application on company's letterhead
2. Duly filled Hutchison Ports KICT Application Form
3. Copy of NTN certificate for those who file GD in Customs
4. 1 copy of CNIC of the person possessing NTN
5. 1 passport size photograph with blue background
6. STRN number on Sales Tax Registration
Notes:
✓ All relevant documents will be submitted at Hutchison Ports KICT Helpdesk counter
✓ Period of 1 week is given for receipt of this card. (1st day counted from the payment date))
✓ Requisite fee will be charged for issuance of Hutchison Ports KICT Transaction License Card
✓ Individual is eligible for a single card in favor of one company
Registration Process for Web Portal (for Shipping Lines and Customers)
Hutchison Ports KICT issues unique user ID for customers and Shipping Lines to interact with the terminal through Web Portal. The portal offers a number of services for both types of users.
Before you can start working online with Hutchison Ports KICT you will have to contact Hutchison Ports KICT Commercial department.
Ø Commercial will provide you K-LINK form
Ø Fill the necessary information and send back the K-LINK form to us (Hutchison Ports KICT)
Ø For any query regarding Web Portal you may contact customer support team
✓ In favor of one company only three persons are eligible for K-LINK access
✓ To open account for K-LINK ( Mobile # and email is mandatory)
✓ K-LINK system will get de-activated after 15 days (if not used), in such case you may send an email or contact Customer Support team
✓ For re-activation or forget PASSWORD you may send an email or contact Customer Support team
